The Journey to Discover the Machines Behind Every Pair of Jeans
In Verona — a historic city in Northern Italy where Roman stones still stand after thousands of years — a different kind of craftsmanship thrives:
the art of building machines made specifically for jeans.

Inside a bright, quiet workshop, Italian technicians assemble each component by hand —
frame by frame, gear by gear — with a precision that feels almost artistic.
Every part is inspected, tuned, and refined with patience and pride.

This is Vibemac, based in San Giovanni Lupatoto, Verona — a world-renowned manufacturer of industrial sewing machines dedicated to denim.
Their machines have set global standards for jeans production: precise, durable, and consistent in every stitch.

That year, my son Phong — only 19 years old at the time — visited Vibemac in person.
He documented every corner of the factory, every detail of the machinery, and shared it with me back home.
From that trip, we made our decision to invest in Italian equipment —
a choice that reflects our belief:
“To make jeans properly, we must start with the finest tools — out of respect for the craft and for those who wear them.”
