Return Policy

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or alteration.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email daont@cotonfio.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm your eligibility and send return instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Exchange Option

If you wish to exchange for another size or colour, please indicate it in your return request.
We’ll reserve the replacement item for you whenever possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.
