At Cotonfio London, we handle every shipment with care. Whether your order ships from the UK or our international workshop, we ensure reliable delivery and transparent tracking from start to finish.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your parcel’s journey.
Shipping Locations
We dispatch orders from either the United Kingdom or Vietnam, depending on stock availability.
Your parcel will be shipped from the nearest point to ensure the fastest delivery.
Delivery Options
We partner with Royal Mail, UPS, and FedEx.
Both standard and express options are available depending on your region.

Customs & Duties

Carriers such as UPS will contact you directly to settle charges before delivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us at info@cotonfio.com.
We’ll liaise with the courier, and if confirmed lost, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.
